Yesterday, we looked at C for commitment. Today we will consider A for accountability . Whether a football team or a workplace, accountability is critical if you expect to get the most out of your teammates and reach your goals. Jesus promoted accountability when he told the Parable of the Talents. In Matthew 25:28, we read, "Therefore: take the talent away from him, and give it to the one who has the ten talents .
