We love this scripture (Deuteronomy 4:24) because it’s an active, passionate consuming fire. Isn’t that the way you both began the relationship? Nothing and no one stood in your way of getting to know each other. Fighting back-to-back against any foe. Focusing on your spouse ensures that the flames of marriage continue to burn. But, righteous jealousy can easily turn ugly if secrets and suspicion are allowed into your marriage.
