The camaraderie we share as co-laborers in the Lord’s work is pivotal to our walk. Get to know your ministry family; pray for each other's needs as you grow together.
My very first memory of serving in church was picking up children from the neighborhood on a church bus. They needed help with translation since many of the kids came from Spanish-speaking homes. I didn't know much about ministry, but I knew how to translate a little. To my surprise, the next ten years became some of the most cherished moments of my Christian walk. Going out every Saturday morning with other ministry leaders visiting these families gave me some of the best experiences of my faith journey. Watching young people get excited about church and then desire to get saved and baptized, there's nothing better than that!
