The Holy Spirit was present at Creation.
All three parts of the Trinity— God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit— are eternal. Their presence on this Earth does not determine their beginning or end, for they have always been. The Holy Spirit was working at Creation as the Earth we know came into existence. If the Holy Spirit was working during Creation, then He can certainly work in my life and your life today.
