Can anyone or anything take away your salvation?
We must understand that we cannot lose our salvation. As stated in John 10:28-29, “Neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand” and “no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.” Jesus gives eternal life; it is a gift from God, so it can never be taken back. Once we receive this gift, we are to enjoy it for eternity. We cannot commit a sin so wrong that Jesus would take back our salvation. He would never break His promise, even though we often break our promises to Him.
What a comforting truth to know that once we are saved, we’ll always be saved, and we can rest assured that we have eternal security!
