Why do you think God included Jabez’s prayer in Scripture? What keeps you from praying this way? Are you willing to “show up” and ask God for more, trusting that He delights in responding to His children?

Today, use the Prayer of Jabez as your guide. Set aside a few minutes to pray through each part: Blessing, Impact, Empowerment, Protection.

PRAYER
Lord, thank You for the example of Jabez. Today, I ask You to bless me—not just for my own sake, but so I can be a blessing to others. Enlarge my territory and increase my impact for Your kingdom. Empower me with Your Spirit and let Your hand be with me in all I do. Keep me from harm and temptation, and help me walk in freedom and victory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
