The Seed and the SoilНамуна

Growing Through Pruning and Pressure
Fruitfulness is not just about comfort—it’s about cultivation. Jesus said, “Every branch that bears fruit, My Father prunes, so that it may bear more fruit” (John 15:2).
Pruning seasons can be painful. God may remove certain people, plans, or habits; not to punish you, but to prepare you for greater harvest. Don’t resist His hand; pruning precedes promotion.
Pressure is part of growth. James 1:2–4 says that testing produces endurance. The seed of greatness grows best under pressure. Storms don’t destroy strong roots; they strengthen them.
When you understand this, you’ll stop asking, “Why me?” and start saying, “Grow me, Lord.”
Reflection:
What has God been pruning in your life recently? How can you cooperate with His process instead of resisting it?
