As followers of Christ, we’re called to be light in a dark world. Today's reading reminds us of our responsibility to shine for God's glory.

In a world that feels increasingly chaotic and divided, how can you be a source of light?

It might be through acts of kindness, speaking words of hope, or standing firm in your faith when others falter. Remember, our light doesn't come from our own strength, but from Christ within us.

As you go about your day, consciously choose to let His light shine through your words, actions, and attitudes. In doing so, you become a beacon of hope in these challenging times.

Prayer:
Jesus, You are the light of the world, and You’ve called me to reflect that light. Remove anything in me that dims Your presence. Help me to shine in my home, my workplace, and my community. May my life draw others to You, not because of my perfection, but because of Your power at work within me. In Your name, amen.

Application:
Look for one dark place today, a tense moment, a negative space, a discouraged person, and bring light to it. A kind word, a prayer, or a simple act of service can illuminate more than you realize.
