The Word Is LifeНамуна

Meditating Day and Night
Day and night we breathe, day and night our hearts beat, day and night our body uses energy. If these vital functions stopped, we’d simply… be dead.
The same goes for our spiritual life. The success of a life that is alive, steady, and prosperous depends on how present the Word of God is in us, day and night. A little taste now and then, or only on Sundays, isn’t enough. To meditate means to carry the Word within, to reflect on it, to absorb it like oxygen.
God says it clearly to Joshua, “This Book shall not depart from your mouth… meditate on it day and night.” Not just reading, but meditating, that is, chewing, reflecting, praying over every word.
It’s not a religious duty, it’s a key to life, whoever does this will have success, prosperity, strength, and stability. Day and night, the Word sustains us, corrects us, encourages us, and leads us. It’s the heartbeat of the soul.
Prayer: Lord, help me love Your Word as the breath of my soul. I want to meditate on it day and night, because only then will I truly live.
