Romans: A 30 Day VisitНамуна

Paul asks that God would give each of us the same attitude of mind for others that Jesus had. I'm not sure about you, but I do know that this is often not my first thought for others. I see people's flaws, I judge their motives and intentions, and I evaluate my own decisions as "the right way".
What is the attitude of mind that Jesus has when He looks at us?
How does Paul say that we can bring praises to God?
How much do you desire to bring praise to God? Is it worth the effort it takes to love others?
Paul prays for us that we will receive joy and peace as we trust the Lord, and that it will lead to hope.
Where do you need hope in your life right now?
Pray and ask the Spirit to give you His power to trust in the Father.

About this Plan

Paul's letter to the church in Rome is packed! He is helping this new church establish a vision for what it looks like to be citizens of God's Kingdom. There is doctrine to learn and live by, as well as wisdom for living life in ways that accurately reflect the King. As we take the trip together over the next month, we too see that what we believe, always influences how we live.
