THE PRAYER of JABEZНамуна

DAY 5: DELIVERANCE FROM PAIN
Scripture: “…that I may be free from pain.” – 1 Chronicles 4:10
Pain marked Jabez’s life from birth, but through prayer, God turned his story into one of honour. The Holy Spirit brings this same deliverance to us. He heals wounds that no one else sees, breaks chains of trauma and generational curses, and replaces sorrow with joy. The Spirit not only heals but also transforms our pain into testimonies that glorify Christ.
When we invite the Spirit into our broken places, He restores what was lost and gives beauty for ashes. He strengthens us so that pain no longer defines us, and He empowers us to help others find freedom too. In His presence, pain loses its power.
Declaration: By the Spirit of God, I am healed and free from the pains of the past.
Prayer Focus: Holy Spirit, touch every hidden wound in my life. Heal me deeply and set me free from every pain of the past. Break generational chains and fill me with Your joy and peace. Use my story to bring healing to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
