Rooted in Your True IdentityНамуна

A New Creation
My dad growing up had a recondition mattress company. Hotels would call him to pick up their old mattresses. He would take them apart, fix broken springs, add new padding, and wrap them in new fabric. When he was done, they looked brand new, but underneath, the hardware was still old. The Bible doesn’t say you are a reconditioned creation. It says you are a new creation in Christ. That’s impressive. In Jesus, your identity isn’t patched up, it’s completely transformed. You are God’s child, fully new and fully His.
Quote (John Piper): “God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him.”
Respond to God’s Word: Thank God today that you are His child. Write down what it means to you personally to be called His.

About this Plan

So many people search for identity in their careers, achievements, titles, or the recognition they receive from others. But those things can fade, shift, or be taken away. As followers of Christ, our true identity is anchored in something unshakable: who we are in Him. This plan will walk you through Scriptures that reveal what God says about your identity and how to live from that place of truth.
