Gifts Were Entrusted So That God May Be Glorified

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.” 1 Peter 4:10–11 (NIV).

Your gifts are not given to you by accident. God entrusted them to you so that through your service, He would be glorified.

Whether your gift is teaching, serving, leading, or encouraging, it is meant to point others to Jesus. When we faithfully steward what He has placed in our hands, the outcome is not our glory but His.

Every act of service, done in His strength, becomes an act of worship.

How can you use the gifts God has entrusted to you today so that He may be glorified?

Prayer: Father God, Thank You for the gifts You have entrusted to me. Help me to use them with faithfulness and humility, so that in all things, You may be glorified. May my words, actions, and service draw people closer to Jesus Christ. In Jesus name, Amen.
