Living in Light of the End: A Call to Prayer, Love, and Service

DAY 4 OF 5

Day 4: Stewarding the Gifts of Grace

Devotional:
1 Peter 4:10 (NIV) says, “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”

Every believer has been entrusted with spiritual gifts, whether it’s encouragement, teaching, generosity, hospitality, or leadership. These gifts are not for personal gain but to serve others and to build up the body of Christ. In a culture that often chases platform over purpose, God values faithfulness over fame. He measures success not by visibility but by obedience.

No gift is too small when it’s used for His glory. The person who quietly prays, encourages, or serves behind the scenes is just as vital as the one who preaches from a platform. The question is not if you’re gifted, but how you’re using what God has given you. When we embrace our role as stewards, not owners, we reflect the generosity of God, who gave these gifts in the first place.

Reflection: What are your God-given gifts? Are you using them to serve others or are they lying dormant?

Prayer: Father, reveal the gifts You’ve placed in me and give me the courage and humility to use them for the good of others and the glory of Your Name.
