I'm afraid of spiders. I always yell for someone to get the spider when I see one! But, we can have bigger fears like being left out, talking in front of a group, or something difficult happening.

When we're believers, we can give those fears over to the Lord because He holds us close. In the face of fear, you are not alone. God says in Isaiah that He will strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with His hand.

Reflection:

How can knowing that God is with you, strengthens you, and upholds you, help you when you are afraid?

Prayer:

Lord, thank You that I am Fearless. Remind me that I can let go of my fears because You hold me in Your hand. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Action:

Write out some of your fears on a piece of paper. Then, rip it up and throw it away, knowing that you can let them go because God's got you!
