You are a co-heir!

Imagine you knew that you were about to inherit a million dollars.

Would you still worry when you look at your bank account and see that there’s nothing in it right now? No, I don’t think so. You’d probably smile if your banker pointed it out because you’d know that you’re about to inherit something that will change everything in a moment!

I almost want to say, “Drumroll, please!” because I’m about to share a verse with you that I really love and that I want to speak and pray over you today:

“I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the CONFIDENT HOPE he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance.” (Ephesians 1:18 NLT)

Are you aware of this? As you’ve become a CHILD OF GOD, He has made you a co-heir of ALL His riches! (see Romans 8:16-17 NLT)

What are you lacking right now? Joy? Then ask God for it (see Matthew 7:7-8 NLT ), because He wants to give you your inheritance—His strength to handle the tasks of your life. Are you feeling unsettled? God wants to give you your inheritance—in the form of peace that surpasses all understanding (see Philippians 4:7 NLT ).

You have an endless inheritance out of His love for you. So reach for it!

You don’t need to worry if your joy runs low today—God keeps His promises every step of the way.

You can already smile—just like with the banker—and declare:

“Yet I am confident I will see the Lord’s goodness while I am here in the land of the living.” (Psalm 27:13 NLT)

Trust in the Lord! Be strong (through the inheritance He speaks over you) and courageous, trust in the Lord!

You are a miracle!
