10-Day Prayer ChallengeНамуна

Hezekiah’s prayer wasn’t just for safety; it was rooted in confidence in the Lord’s victorious record.
In 2 Kings 19, Jerusalem was under threat. The Assyrian army was mocking God and terrifying His people. Hezekiah didn’t panic. He went to the temple, spread the enemy’s letter before the Lord, and prayed, “You alone are God… deliver us so that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You alone are Lord.” (2 King 19:19)
Hezekiah wasn’t just seeking escape—he was clinging to God’s glory and reputation. He knew that God had a history of showing up for His people, and he anchored his prayer in that history.
You may feel surrounded, but you’re not alone. God has a track record of victory—and He’s not done yet.
Respond to God’s Word:
Today, write down a past victory God gave you. Then bring a current battle before Him, believing He will fight for you again.
