TLV Daily Proverbs With DaniahНамуна

Proverbs Chapter 16
Welcome back to the Daily Proverbs with Daniah! In today’s proverb, Daniah explains how your breath and your tongue have influence over the way that God provides and protects your life. By lifting up His Name, you welcome His direction and guidance into your life. That welcome brings good, blessing, and salvation into your everyday situations.
Scripture References:
The plans of the heart belong to man,
but the tongue’s answer is from ADONAI.
All a man’s ways are pure in his own eyes,
but ADONAI weighs the motives.
Commit whatever you do to ADONAI,
and your plans will succeed.
ADONAI works everything out for his own purpose—
even the wicked for a day of disaster.
ADONAI abhors all the proud in heart.
Be assured, they will not go unpunished.
By mercy and truth is iniquity atoned,
and by the fear of ADONAI one avoids evil.
When one’s ways are pleasing to ADONAI,
he makes even his enemies be at peace with him.
Better a little with righteousness
than much income without justice.
- Proverbs 16:1-8 TLV
My soul, wait in stillness, only for God— for from Him comes my expectation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my strong tower—I will not be moved. On God, my salvation and my glory is the rock of my strength. My refuge is in God. Trust in Him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart in His presence. God is our refuge. Selah
- Psalm 62:6-9 TLV
