Restoring RelationshipsНамуна

Day 21: The Power of Acknowledgement/Confession
Devotional
Restoration deepens when we move from confrontation to confession. Once the conflict is lovingly addressed, we’re invited to reflect on our hearts and take ownership of any wrongdoing. Scripture teaches us that not all sorrow is the same—worldly sorrow avoids change, but godly sorrow leads to true repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). Whether our hearts are hard, open, or broken will determine our path. True confession is specific, humble, and courageous. When we own our sin, ask forgiveness, and seek healing, we make space for God’s power to restore what was broken.
Reflection Question:
Is there someone you need to confess to and ask for forgiveness? How can you approach them with grace and humility?
Prayer:
Lord, create in me a clean heart and show me where I need to take responsibility. Help me confess with humility, seek forgiveness, and walk in Your truth. Heal what’s broken and guide me in Your ways. Amen.
