Called Out: Living the MissionНамуна

Jesus’ final words weren’t a suggestion. They were a commission. The mission wasn’t meant for pastors and missionaries only—it’s a call to every follower of Jesus.
But here’s the key: mission is not an event. It’s not something you attend—it’s something you live. It’s not just about preaching—it’s about discipling. Jesus called us to “make disciples,” not just converts.
In Acts 1:8, Jesus says, “You will be My witnesses…” Notice it’s not “You will go witnessing” but “you will BE.” Who you are—your habits, words, reactions—witnesses every day. So, let’s stop thinking mission is somewhere out there. It’s right here, right now.
Reflection:
- Is my life a consistent witness of Jesus?
- What rhythms or practices can help me live missionally every day?
Prayer: “Jesus, I want to live every day on mission for You. Fill me with Your Spirit, and help me make disciples right where I am.”
