1. Have you ever felt unseen, unwanted, or like you were living in the shadows? What emotions came with that experience?
2. Are there parts of your life – hurts, habits, or shame – that you keep hidden from others or even from God?
3. Who are the “unseen” people around you that God might be calling you to notice, care for, or reach out to?

Scripture Engagement

1. What do you notice about the leper’s approach to Jesus? How does his posture speak to his faith or desperation?
2. What does it mean to you that Jesus was “moved with compassion” before He acted? Would it change the story any if that phrase wasn’t there?
3. Why is it significant that Jesus touched the man before healing him?
