Creating to Heal: 7 Days of Healing Through Art & PrayerНамуна

Healing isn’t always instantaneous or a straight line—it’s often a slow bloom. But somewhere along the way, you realize: I’m not who I used to be. And that’s worth celebrating.
Psalm 126:3 says, “The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” Isaiah 61 says He gives us “a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.” That means worship is not just a response to healing—it can become the catalyst for it.
Nehemiah 8:10 reminds us, “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” That joy is not just a feeling. It’s a force. It sustains you. It strengthens your soul. It reminds you that transformation is happening, even if it's still unfolding.
And when you engage in creative celebration—coloring, painting, dancing, writing—it marks the moment. It becomes an altar of remembrance. A stake in the ground that says, God met me here.
Reflection Question:
What’s one area—no matter how small—where you’ve experienced healing, breakthrough or freedom?
Creative Prompt:
Create something playful and joyful—bright colors, childlike shapes, or a praise playlist—whatever reflects celebration in your current season.
