All Who Are Weary: God Will See Me ThroughНамуна

God Restores
‘But I will restore you to health
and heal your wounds,’
declares the Lord,
‘because you are called an outcast,
Zion for whom no one cares.’-Jeremiah 30:17
The Promise: God will restore me and heal my wounds.
Restoration is to return something to its original state. It takes time, care, patience, and skill. God is crafting you not only to return back to parts of who you’ve been but also forging new qualities and characteristics that can only come from refinement in the fire. What comes out of the fire is a value and quality that cannot be matched. God is careful with you, direct and decisive when it comes to your healing. Your wounds will wind up beautiful.

Try This: Be Kind to Yourself
Give yourself grace instead of fueling your anxiety with frustration or self-condemnation. Jesus never looks at you that way, so why should you? Be kind, and speak life and truth over yourself. Remind yourself that what you’ve been going through is hard, but it’s OK. And so are you. Remind yourself that you are loved, you are God’s beloved child, and you are fearfully and wonderfully made. This is your truth to remember.
