Under the Surface: Facing What's Hidden & Finding FreedomНамуна

The Truth Will Set You Free
You’ve probably heard the saying “The truth shall set you free.” (In fact, it came from the Bible!) It means healing begins when we stop pretending and start opening up to others. God works through confession and community to bring us freedom from the things that weigh us down and hold us back.
We weren't designed to go through life alone. When we open up about our struggles and let others in, we invite God’s healing into our lives. Admitting weakness isn’t failure. It’s a step toward freedom.
Who is one person you can be more honest with about what’s going on in your life?
Scripture
About this Plan

We all have parts of us we try to keep hidden – thoughts we don’t say out loud, feelings we push down, struggles we hope no one sees. But healing can’t happen in hiding. God is inviting you to bring your struggles into the light. Through this plan, explore what Scripture says about the battles we fight beneath the surface and how honesty, community, and God’s truth can set us free.
