God Created and God OrderedНамуна

DAY 3
God Arranges Times for Encounters with Him
“Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden, in the east, and there he placed the man he had made.” – Genesis 2:8
Genesis 2:8 says, “The Lord God planted a garden in Eden.”
EDEN – A Hebrew word meaning delight or pleasure.
In previous verses, we see God’s entire creation process. When He finished, He saw that it was beautiful. In the midst of this beauty, Genesis tells us that He set aside a specific place and planted something even more beautiful—a garden where He would delight and commune with man.
God arranged everything. Each stage of creation was a process leading to the planting of the garden, where He would delight in man’s presence.
Notice that it does not say He placed animals or birds there first; rather, He planted a garden in Eden—a place specifically designed for man to dwell.
Even today, God creates environments to meet with us and to delight in our presence.
God not only creates environments but also arranges them, beginning a process that transforms Eden from a limited place into an eternal one, fulfilling His purpose—not just for a moment but forever.
Through Jesus, God plants Eden in the heart of man—a place of pleasure and delight where we can always dwell in communion with Him. He created us in His image, gave us His design and identity, and instilled in us the need to always be with Him.
