How to Multiply the Gospel // Gospel X - Multiplying the GospelНамуна

This text from the sermon of the Mount challenges Christians since the first time Jesus preached it. You are to love your enemy. You are to go the extra mile, turn the other cheek, give your coat. It is easy to love your family and friends, but it is a Christian virtue even to love your enemy and bless him. This virtue of loving your enemy is an amazing witness for people.
Why would you bless someone who hurts you?
It will make a difference. There are enough stories of people coming to faith because of that. They are amazed by the behaviour of Christians who even care for those who hurt them.
Muslims change their view about Christians because Christians do not only care for their own, but they also care for their Muslim neighbours. This is also true for other situations and people. Non-believers are intrigued by the loving behaviour of Christians. It is a strong witness to show love and behave differently. The world needs the love of God, the Father in Heaven, and Christians are called to pass on this love of the Father in Heaven to people on earth.
- Where do you behave in a loving fashion?
- Who can you show love to?
- Where can you be a witness by loving someone?

About this Plan

Jesus left the church the vision of a movement when he challenged us to reproduce from our own Jerusalem into “Judea, Samaria and the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8). For us to see a movement, we need every Christ follower to adopt Jesus' personal mission to “seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10). Evangelism is core to the mission of Jesus and essential to accomplishing his vision. This plan is part of a 5 week journey built around the topic Gospel X - Multiplying the gospel.
