Come Up Higher: A Call to Deeper Fellowship and PurposeНамуна

THE ELEVATION OF HUMILITY
In God’s Kingdom, Humility is the key to true elevation. While the world celebrates pride and self-promotion, God’s Way is for the humble to be exalted. Jesus, the Ultimate Example, humbled Himself even to the point of death on a Cross and was Gloriously Elevated (Philippians 2:8-9).
Coming up higher often requires going lower in surrender, service, and obedience. Humility is not thinking less of yourself but thinking of yourself less. It is recognizing that every promotion and victory comes by God’s Grace. James 4:10 says “Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.”
If you want to ascend to greater heights, examine your heart. Are you willing to serve where no one else wants to? Are you willing to give God the Glory for every accomplishment? The elevation of Humility leads to the heights that truly matter.
THOUGHT TO PONDER: In what ways can you practice Humility in your daily life? How does Humility prepare you for God’s elevation?
PRAYER: Lord, teach me to walk in Humility. Help me serve others with a pure heart and trust You to lift me in time. Amen.
