A Year in Luke/ActsНамуна

In Luke 7:1-10, we encounter a Roman centurion who exemplifies remarkable faith. As a Gentile, he recognizes that God holds Ultimate Authority over healing and his needs. He doesn’t ask Jesus to come to his home; instead, he understands that a simple word from Jesus is enough to perform a miracle.
These verses prompt us to reflect on our own faith. Do you often try to take matters into your own hands, working to arrange your circumstances before bringing them to God? Today, I encourage you to simply ask Jesus to meet you where you are.
