Lust thrives in secrecy, and it's in that darkness that it gains its strength. But the moment you confess, you break the power that secrecy holds over you. Though uncomfortable and even terrifying, confession is absolutely necessary for healing. Bringing your struggle into the light is the first step toward true freedom and transformation.

For me, the most life-altering moment came when I confessed everything to my wife. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. In the end, that hard road brought us to a new place of maturity and trust, a place I wouldn’t trade for anything.
