Worship Initiative | Navigating Doubt as a LeaderНамуна

Obedience in response to Psalm 73 is not necessarily to have everything figured out or even to follow all the steps the right way. My encouragement would simply be to do something – to take something of what God has said to you through His Word and turn it into prayer. Maybe it’s journaling, or maybe it’s just getting alone and saying out loud to God the things that have been hard to say.
Be reminded: right now, God is holding you, He is for you, and He is welcoming you into deeper communion with Him – not as a leader first and foremost, but as someone he loves.
Hear this prayer over your life today:
Father,
We thank you that you are the kind of God that welcomes Your children into honest conversations.
That we don’t have to hide from you or be nervous with you but can come to you boldly…
Not as a people who have strong faith, not as a people who deserve your love, but as a people who are so securely held by You, our faithful God.
I pray, for my brothers and sisters, that what the next few moments, days, and weeks look like is a growing confidence in Your goodness.
No matter what’s going on in their souls or their lives…a growing confidence that You are who You say You are and that You love us the way that You say that You love us.
We love You…we thank You…, and we trust You.
Amen.
