Activity:
Today, participating in a fast is an act of faith. Choose something to fast from—whether a meal, technology or another activity—and dedicate this time to prayer and seeking God.
Instruction:
Spend prayer during your fast, asking God to strengthen your faith and perseverance. Reflect on the stories of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and how their faith led to miraculous outcomes.

About this Plan
Would you love to increase your faith? Over the next seven weeks, you will read through the Heroes of Faith section of Hebrews 11, watch videos and devotionals, memorize scripture, and be challenged to take your step of faith. When we see God's faithfulness, hide His word in our hearts, and step in the direction He leads, our step of faith becomes a huge leap both in our hearts and for His kingdom.
