Focus verses: Psalm 139: 13-18 You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! I can't even count them; they outnumber the grains of sand! And when I wake up you are still with me!

Focus thoughts: God knows you well. Intimately. Better than you know yourself. He made you. He put a purpose inside of you. He designed you to give Him glory. Don’t submit to the labels of your past or what someone said about you. It’s time to cut those labels out of your life. With God you have new labels to wear: forgiven, made new, free, loved, and whole.

Pray: God, I look to you alone for approval. I need your help in changing the way I see myself. Your Word says I'm fearfully and wonderfully made. Your very breath revives me. Strip away the lies I’ve believed. Teach me to love the way you love despite all my flaws and failures. Remind me that in Christ I am now free and forgiven. Renew my mind with your label of goodness and your holiness. Empower me to bravely live under my new label:
whole! Thank you for the perfecting work that you are doing in my life today. Help me to love others as you love them. Give me the grace to keep going.

Making changes is so hard, thank you for your unchanging nature. Help me to make the necessary changes to see myself as a child of God. I don’t want to live by my unhealthy and unbalanced emotions any longer. I want to make healthy changes not only in behavior but in my mindset. I know I can do these hard things only with your help. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully complex. Nothing is too hard for you. Thank you for considering me precious in your sight. In Jesus name, Amen.
