Casting Cares

Do you have tiresome work that beckons, follows, and awaits you? No matter how demanding it is, the way you handle that work can reflect God. Do you have relationship challenges with a husband, parent, friend, or child? The way you handle those challenges can be a bright spot for everyone involved. Are you fearful about the future, either for yourself or your children? The way you handle that fear can be a blessing into eternity. Are there health issues that you or a loved one face? What you do with those can speak to the lives of many. Do your friends, neighbors, or coworkers have things they are deeply struggling with that they have asked you to pray about or to talk about with them? Listening and praying can make a world of difference for them in so many ways. Does it seem that there are too many burdens, people, problems, and things to pray for? Give them all to God. He wants to take care of everyone.

Prayer: Lord God, thank You for being the Sovereign Almighty who can handle all of the cares we have. Amen.
