The Way We Sow Determines the Way We Reap
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 (ESV).
Our attitude and manner of sowing determines the abundance of our harvest. God loves a cheerful giver who sows willingly and generously from the heart. In what areas of our lives do we need to sow more generously and cheerfully?
Prayer: Father God, Please grant us hearts that overflow with generosity and joy as we sow into your kingdom and the lives of others. Teach us to give willingly and abundantly, knowing that you bless those who give cheerfully. In Jesus name, Amen.
