You Were Made to CountНамуна

You were made to count.
And you were also not made to be God.
Sometimes, our egos can jumble up the significance God gave each one of us. Today, we’ll talk about how to surrender to God while continuing to remember that He created us in His perfect image.
Today’s invitation: Remember, "I'm not in control of the universe. My job is not to serve my ego. I can't control any other person. I'm not in charge of outcomes. I can't. He can. I think I'll let him."
Pray this prayer, “God, help me turn my life and will over to You. Help me use whatever energies You give me - whatever talents, time, and creativity today. Let somebody else have my parking space today. Use my time, at some point, in a creative way to serve somebody else. Use my money at some point, in a creative way, to serve somebody else. Lord, help me learn something, read something. Show me who you want me to have a conversation with today. Help me to offer you a strong, creative, active, surrendered, ego-crucifying will. It’s in Your name, amen.”
