Ruins to RestorationНамуна

PRAYER:
PRAY THAT THE HOLY SPIRIT WOULD SHINE A LIGHT ON ANY AREA OF YOUR LIFE
THAT YOU NEED TO REPENT OF.
DEVOTIONAL:
Repentance is a key aspect of our relationship with God. In our reading today, we see how
Nehemiah responds to the sins of his people with repentance and prayer. This story shows us that
repentance is not just about asking for forgiveness, but also about taking ownership of our role in
that sin.
When we repent, we are turning away from our sins and turning towards God. It is a humbling
experience that requires us to admit our faults and seek forgiveness from God. Just like
Nehemiah, we can approach God with a repentant heart, knowing that He is faithful and just to
forgive us when we confess our sins.
Let us take inspiration from Nehemiah's example and commit ourselves to a life of repentance,
constantly seeking to align our hearts with God's will and turning away from anything that
separates us from Him. In doing this, we can be confident that God will forgive us of our sin and
empower us to live a life that is wholly devoted to Him.
Question:
What is one thing that you feel the Holy Spirit pointing out in your life that you need
to give over to God?
