God, we are so grateful that we are saved by grace alone. We ask for grace over our children’s lives. May they come to the knowledge of your saving grace and apply it daily. Help them not to get caught up in striving for works to prove their righteousness; may they rest in your grace. As they rest, let it be by the power of your Holy Spirit that their deeds bring you glory. Let them operate out of this place of strength as they do things for your glory and enact good deeds because you help them. Let them live in balance. Keep them from a life of works and striving to gain your affection. Your affection is already won. Thank you for your grace.
