There is a popular phrase, “sunlight is the best disinfectant.” What areas in our lives need some disinfectant? What areas in our lives need some spring cleaning? What areas in our lives are keeping us from reaching our full potential?

One way to identify the area that needs sunlight is when it doesn’t align with God’s word. Rage? Slanderous talk? Addiction(s)? …

When we are able to identify the area, and sometimes that is through professional counsel, we can address the root cause and replace it with what we know to be true. A Book with 66 chapters and 1000s of promises; the Holy Bible.

Challenge: Spring cleaning time. Write down something you are battling and then open up your Bible and find five verses that go with your battle. If you are on cloud nine, and currently on the mountain top, look up five verses on praising Him.
