Qualifying for God's AnointingНамуна

GOD ANOINTS DIVINE CHOICE
The second thing God anoints is Divine Choice. We don’t know why God chooses the people that He chooses. There could be three children of the same father and mother, the youngest brother is chosen by God to be a pastor, and God may require that the eldest should attend his church.
God anoints the chosen. Who are the chosen of God? These are men and women God anointed, whether in the secular setting or spiritual setting. In Numbers chapter 16, there was a rebellion. Some people rose against Aaron and Moses, argued that they too were holy and chosen of God, and asked why Moses and Aaron should lift themselves over the congregation. Moses asked them, “What is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?”In Numbers 17, God came to show His choice. Always understand this: if you are not chosen for anything, don’t struggle for it.
As wonderful as David was, he was not chosen to build God’s house (1 Chr. 17:1-14). He prepared for it, but he was not chosen to build it. Solomon had not done anything yet, but he was chosen. It was easy for Solomon to accomplish it because he was chosen for it. Many times, when people try to do what God has not chosen them to do, they die trying. If you see somebody chosen to do something that you are not chosen to do, support him with prayer and any help you can give, and God will bless you for it.
People have tried to get me to do things God has not chosen me to do over the years, but I refused. I have seen people lose their position in God by trying to do what they are not chosen to do. David would have died trying to build the temple. He had the desire for it. He did not want to live in a beautiful palace while the Ark of God continued to stay in an ordinary tent, and Nathan, the man of God, told him to do what was in his heart. However, God spoke through Nathan to David that He did not choose him for that assignment.
PRAYER: Lord, I receive grace to always qualify for divine choice and the right heart that You can work with in Jesus’ name. Amen!
