Trapped in a New Body: A Plan for Pre-Teens & TeensНамуна

I don’t know who I am anymore and I don’t like it!
I know many of you are struggling with the confusion and uncertainty of teenage years. I was once in your shoes and it can be overwhelming.
I've felt all kinds of emotions, and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. It can be difficult to cope with the conflicting messages that society, parents and friends may be sending. It all feels like one big maze of confusion.
That's why it is so important to have someone to talk to who doesn't pass judgement or criticize. I'm blessed to have that person in Jesus. He has been an incredible source of support for me. I know he is always listening.
Jesus acts as a reminder that no matter how tough or confusing things might be, I am never alone. Even when it seems like everyone and everything is against me, Jesus stands on my side and never leaves my side.
So for all of you who are struggling, take heart and know that Jesus will always be there to help you get through your troubles. He understands, He is forgiving, and He loves us unconditionally. Take the time to talk to Him, listen to what He has to say, and never feel ashamed of your emotions.
No matter what you're going through, don't feel scared or embarrassed to talk to someone about it. Always remember that Jesus is with you every step of the way, ready to listen and help you find your inner strength and sense of identity.
