Power for LifeНамуна

Psalm 29 includes a repetition of the word "ascribe." The word ascribe means to give credit for something to a cause. The Hebrew word translated here as ascribe is yahab, and can also mean "give" or "provide." In this Psalm, David takes time to give God the credit! Reflect on "God Sightings" from your own life. Don't limit these to huge God Sightings. Remember to give God the credit for the big things and the small things. Where has God been at work in your life? Reflect on these questions, and any other God Sightings that come to mind using the Notes feature in the YouVersion App. Then take time to "give God the credit" for these God Sightings, and consider sharing a God Sighting with a friend. If you are doing this plan with friends, use the Talk It Over feature to share your thoughts with the group.
