Power for LifeНамуна

God is at work all the time. There are times though, when we don't slow down enough to acknowledge all the ways the Lord has been at work. In the readings from yesterday, people celebrated that Jesus had shown up in their lives as Savior. In Psalm 21, David takes the time to acknowledge where God has been at work in his own life. Throughout the scriptures people took time to remember where God had shown up, and what he had done for them. We can call these "God Sightings." Keeping track of "God Sightings" in our own lives allows us to anchor our faith in the faithfulness of God. Take time today to write down "God Sightings" from your own life. Where has God been at work? Where has Jesus shown up as Savior? Where has God answered your prayers? Where has God provided for needs? Reflect on these questions and any other God Sightings that come to mind using the Notes feature in the YouVersion App. Then take time to praise God throughout your day for these God Sightings, and consider sharing a God Sighting with a friend.
