What Is God's Kingdom Like?Намуна

Everybody is invited into God’s Kingdom
Come, for everything is now ready. (Luke 14:17)
The Bible compares God’s Kingdom to a great banquet. When organizing such a banquet, people usually invite their friends, relatives, or guests with high social status. Not so with God. He invites everybody.
His Kingdom is open to the rich and the poor. His Kingdom is open to the upper class and to those who are “low and despised in the world” (see 1 Corinthians 1:28).
His Kingdom is open to top athletes and “the crippled and blind and lame” (see Luke 14:21).
God does not care about those human differences. To Him, we are all loved, but we are all sinful people who He wants to draw back to Him.
The prophet Isaiah wrote down God’s invitation for people to come to His feast. They don’t have to pay anything but are offered free food and drinks. That is an important characteristic of God’s Kingdom. You can’t pay for it.
It is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
God has made everything ready. You just need to accept His invitation! Did you already do this?
About this Plan

Jesus invites people into the kingdom of God. This is not an actual physical place. It transcends time and space, which makes it difficult to see what God’s Kingdom exactly is. Let’s read a collection of Bible passages to learn what God’s Kingdom is and how you can inherit it.
