A Prayer for New Beginnings

Sending kids to a new year of school is exciting. The new start. The new lunchbox. The desk and notebooks are all ready to be used, but it can also be a little scary. As they face new learning, new teachers, new schools, and new people, we can pray for their transition to go smoothly.

Remember, God is with your children in all they do. May this new year be the beginning of something wonderful for them.

Lord, be with my children as they start this new school year. Help them feel excited for all that You have for them. Help them trust that You are with them in all they do. Make this new beginning smooth, and give them hope and joy for the year to come. Amen
