Relationships According to the Book of Ruth Намуна

DAY 2: Choose Your Relationships.
Everything you are comes from your choices. It is estimated that we make about 35 000 choices a day, and some choices are much more important than others.
Ruth also had many choices to make. She intentionally chose her relationships, and they determined her future. Naomi suggested that Orpah and Ruth should go back to their homeland because she had nothing to offer them. Ruth chose to remain with Naomi, to go where she goes and to stay where she stays, knowing full well that her decision meant that she would live in a foreign land, a place where she would be treated differently, not knowing what awaits her. At the moment of making a life-altering decision, Ruth chose to stick with Naomi no matter the cost. For her, that relationship was worth suffering for.
It is essential to choose your relationships, the impact they have on us can change our destiny. Choosing to be in a relationship with God is the most important decision you will ever have to make.
Take a moment to ask yourself these two questions:
1. What decisions should I be making in terms of my relationships?
2. Have I decided to have a relationship with God?
