In The Midst Of The Unknown
Moses wrote Psalm 91 during a difficult time. After leading the Israelites out of captivity, he led them for 40 years in the wilderness. There were many hardships and uncertainties, yet the Lord provided for them. But pressure was mounting for Moses to deliver the Israelites to the land God had promised. In the midst of the unknown, Moses wrote Psalm 91. Kyle Idleman shares about what God has taught him to do with fear in the unknown.Listen to Kyle |
As you look at all the uncertainties in the future, it can be easy to lean into fear. Fear is something that will always knock on our door. Our response is what is important. In Psalm 91, Moses's response to fear is to declare who God is and His promises to His people. This type of mindset is hard to step into amongst moments of overwhelming fear. We can rely on God to help us face our fear and declare the truth that God says.
