Every Word, a Reader's 90-Day Guide to the BibleНамуна

- God gives glimpses of what His kingdom is like as Jesus touches people’s lives. He gives health in place of sickness, life in place of death, and freedom in place of chains. This is the kingdom coming!
- Reflect on Jesus’s teaching to deny oneself, to take up one’s cross, and to follow Him (Luke 9:23). Consider what following Him like this means for citizens of His kingdom.
- The presence of Moses and Elijah on the mountain with Jesus represents the law and the prophets and points to Jesus as the fulfillment of both. Jesus is the ultimate prophet promised to Moses in Deuteronomy 18:15. Jesus is God’s final word for the world (John 1:14). In God’s words, “Listen to Him!” (Luke 9:35).
