Do you know anyone who is moody? Someone whose attitude or emotions seem to change at the drop of a hat? Often times, people react that way because their circumstances determine their emotions. When things are going great, they’re great! But when things aren’t going as they hoped, their emotions and attitude reflect that. Remember that when we place our trust in God, we have access to the peace, joy, and love of Jesus, no matter what our circumstances look like. The next time you find yourself struggling to find joy and peace in your circumstances, take a walk. As you get outside, pray that God would show you His joy in the things you see around you. Let that be a reminder of His love for you no matter your circumstances.
