Profile of an Overcomer: Rebekah was sought out by Abrahm's servant to become the wife of Isaac, Sarah and Abraham's son. When she left her family to be married to Isaac, they spoke a blessing over her saying, "May you become the mother of many descendants...". However, she experienced infertility from the beginning of their marriage. Isaac, a worshipper of God and one who meditated on the promises of God, interceded for his wife. His prayers and the blessing from Rebekah's family worked their way through the challenge of barrenness, providing a double-portion harvest---twins! She gave birth to Esau and Jacob.
