Day 1: God Made Me Wonderfully
Scripture:
“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.” – Psalm 139:14 (NIV)
Puberty Fact:
Puberty usually begins between ages 8–14 for girls and 9–15 for boys. It’s when your body starts changing due to hormones that prepare you for adulthood.
Faith Tip:
Your changing body is part of God’s design. Don’t compare yourself to others—everyone develops differently and in God’s timing.
Affirmations:
- My body is not a mistake; it’s a masterpiece.
- I’m growing and changing, and God is guiding me.
- I am confident in who God made me to be.
Prayer:
Dear God, thank You for making me unique and special. Even when I feel awkward or confused, help me remember I’m Your beautiful creation. Remind me that I’m growing into who You made me to be. Amen.
